Our Policies - Read Carefully
We require a two (2) night minimum for reservations during our offseason and a three (3) night minimum during our summer season and during holidays.
NO PETS, NO SMOKING - We do not allow any pets or smoking anywhere on our property including in any vehicles. If you have guests visiting you, make sure they understand this policy as well. Your guests are your responsibility, no exceptions.
RESERVATIONS - We recommend that you make reservations in advance. The MINIMUM charge will be based on the number of people, beds, and nights reserved. For reservations of less than 7 days, we require a deposit equal to the first and last night's stay. For reservations of 7 days or more, we require a deposit equal to half of your total stay. Your deposit may be charged to Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover at the time you make your reservation. The balance of your reservation must be paid upon check-in by cash or credit card.
We no longer accept checks.
CANCELLING A RESERVATION - We charge a cancellation fee for ALL cancelled reservations. For a refund of your deposit (minus the cancellation fee of $25.00 per unit), we MUST be notified at least 30 days prior to your arrival date. If you cancel your reservation after the 30 day limit, you will receive a refund of your deposit, minus a cancellation fee (of up to one night's rent), ONLY if we are able to re-rent your unit for all the days of your reservation.
NO SHOWS - If we receive your deposit and do not hear from you otherwise, we will expect you to arrive on the day scheduled on your confirmation letter. Your unit will be held for you for up to 24 hours after scheduled arrival. If by then you have not arrived or called us, we will automatically cancel the balance of your reservation and attempt to re-rent your unit.
OTHER - We do not provide firewood for the units but do have wood on site available for purchase. We do provide an energy efficient firelog daily. Newspapers are also available. You must let us know before closing that day if you would like a paper for the following day. There is a $2.50 charge for the Sunday paper.
