RESERVATIONS:.... We strongly recommend that you make reservations in advance. For Group reservations, ask for our group reservation policy. The MINIMUM charge will be based on the number of people, beds, and nights reserved. For reservations of less than 7 days, we require a deposit equal to the first and last night's stay. For reservations of 7 days or more, we require a deposit equal to 1/2 your total stay. Your deposit may be charged to Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, or Discover at the time you make your reservation. The balance of your reservation must be paid upon check-in by credit card. Check-out is 11:00am. Check-In is after 3:00pm. Please notify us if you will be arriving after 8:00pm.

CANCELLING A RESERVATION:... We charge a cancellation fee of $25.00 for all cancelled reservations provided we are notified 30 days prior to your arrival date. If we are notified less than 30 days prior to your arrival date, we will keep your deposit unless we are able to re-rent your unit for the length of your stay.

NO SHOWS:... If we receive your deposit and do not hear from you otherwise, we will expect you to arrive on the day scheduled. You unit will be held for you up to 24hours after scheduled arrival. If by then you have not arrived, or called us, we will automatically cancel your reservation and you will forfeit your deposit.

VISITORS: . . Out of respect to our guests, we ask that you notify the office if you anticipating visitors. Visitors must sign in at the office. Please remind your visitors that we do not permit pets or smoking anywhere on our property. Your visitors are your responsibility.

WE NO NOT ALLOW PETS OR SMOKING ANYWHERE ON OUR PROPERTY (no exceptions)
