The Beach House

This non-smoking/pet free Ocean Front home will charm you with it's unique rustic splendor. With four bedrooms (one downstairs, three upstairs), this home can accommodate up to 8 people, including children.
The Master Bedroom (downstairs) has a queen bed, private sink & toilet with a sliding glass door to the deck (wheelchair accessible). The bedrooms upstairs have double beds.
There is a very large shower off the downstairs hallway that is designed for use by individuals who must use a wheelchair and an additional sink and toilet combination across the hall. The shower is great for those of us who don't need special accommodations, but like the extra room.
A wheelchair accessible entrance is available (please make arrangements in advance), and the main floor of the house and outside deck is wheelchair accessible.
The steps off the deck lead down to 6 miles of sandy beach.

There is a minimum rental period of four days during the summer and holiday periods, and a minimum of three days all other times. The minimum charge will be based on the number of people, bedrooms used and nights reserved. We require a deposit equal to 1/2 your total stay. Your deposit may be charged to Visa, MasterCard, Amex, or Discover at the time you make the reservation. The balance of your reservation must be paid upon check-in by credit card. A cleaning deposit of $100.00 may be collected upon check-in.
Once you have reserved your space at The Beach House , you are financially responsible for the entire reservation.

Check-in between 3:00pm and 8:00pm

Cancellations:

A Cancellation fee is charged for all canceled reservations. For a refund of your deposit minus a cancellation fee of $25.00, we must be notified at least 30 days in advance of your reservation. After that time, a refund will be issued only if The Beach House is re-rented for all the days of your reservation. Any changes made less than 30 days prior to your reservation may be charged a service fee.

Firewood, daily newspaper is NOT provided.
